Stir Fry Oyster Mushrooms

  • 8 ounces fresh oyster mushrooms (rinsed)
  • 1 table spoon garlic (minced)
  • 3 table spoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon Szechwan pepper (Timur pepper)
  • 1 teaspoon butter


  1. Slice mushrooms into pieces. Sauté garlic in oil for 15 seconds. Add mushrooms and sauté 3 minutes.
  2.  Add Timur pepper , butter and stir fry until butter is melted and the mushrooms are tender and turns lights brown
